Our cleaning and post clean treatment will typically keep your roof clear for as long as 3-5 years depending on the local condition.
We would recommend that a visual inspection be made after 2-3 years and any signs of regrowth and the roof can be re-treated with an inhibitor that can be applied every couple of years or as necessary.
After the clean there really shouldn’t be any need for moss removal ever again if a maintenance plan is carried out.
