- Larger semi detached from £22.00
- 3/4 bed semi / detached from £25.00
- Large detached properties, with skylights, balconies, glass balustrades, pool houses, garden offices start from £40.00
Conservatories are added and start from £8.00 (vertical glass)
Conservatory roofs are not included in our regular clean prices and are always and extra cost. To do a thorough roof and frame clean which would include external guttering the cost would start from a Minimum of £7.00 and will increase accordingly, depending on how much glass there is and the conditions of the frames.
It would be fair to say that our average external conservatory roof clean cost is probably between £120.00-£160.00
