Regular vacuuming of your carpets is good practice and important because this will remove a lot of the dry dirt and soiling that lies deep in the carpet pile.
As part of our cleaning process we will always vacuum the carpet before applying cleaning products and rinsing.
If this is not done the dry dirt will get wet during cleaning and will create a muddy base in your carpet. This mud solution will slowly wick up the carpet pile to the surface as the carpet dries and it will leave the carpet looking patchy and dirty again.
Consumer Tip: If any carpet cleaner ever tells you there machine is so powerful the carpet doesn’t need to be vacuumed first. Then you need to politely show them the door and ask them to leave. because they are planning on cutting corners.
